Nairobi Centre of Sri Aurobindo Society invites you to a talk on – AYURVEDA By Ms. Saskia Bolay
Among many other things, she has dual background in biomedical sciences and traditional medicine. She is a Chinese medicine therapist (acupuncturist), specialising in mental health, paediatrics and obstetrics. Currently she is training in Ayurvedic therapies and medicine in Switzerland and India. Her approach is to support each person according to their doshic constitution through nutrition, daily routines and emotional health.
Time: 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by lunch.
